Shipping Policy

Thanks for visiting our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your completed purchase, we're here to generously help. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be.

1. Examine by the customer before received from the shipping company.

2. Once a customer signs on receiving the shipment & properly examine it shipment cant be returned.

3. Returning any shipment must be for the following reason:

   A. Product was sufficiently damaged before receiving it.

   B. Product is expired or nearly expired. (for Dry Food items)

   C. Products were different from what was ordered according to the LCL.

4. To return your products, it must be as the following: 

  A. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  B. Your item needs to have a receipt or tangible proof of completed purchase.

  C. You must register your inquiry to our contact us section providing photos & original LCL 

  D. Contact our local agent in your area to help you sort out the problem and coordinate with us 

Refund & Exchange Policy

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item by our agent. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or exchange the product as required by the customer. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For additional information in this section contact our agent for more info.
